1. Who we are

This website, deedslab.co, is run by Deedslab, trading as Deeds Lab ("we", "us").

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms do not cover any work we do for you. Client projects are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Information on the site

The content on this site is general information about our services and about building software products. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or current.

Descriptions of services, timescales and outcomes are general. What we will deliver for you, by when, is set out only in a signed agreement.

Case studies and project examples describe past work. Every project is different, and past results do not guarantee future results.

4. Using the site

You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You must not:

  • copy, republish or sell content from the site without our written permission, except where the law allows;
  • use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful material;
  • use automated tools to scrape the site in bulk.

5. Intellectual property

We own, or are licensed to use, the content, design, text, graphics, logos and the Deeds Lab name and mark on this site. Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the site (for example the tools we use, or clients' products shown with permission) belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those owners endorse us or are affiliated with us.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to sites run by others, such as our booking calendar. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Availability

We provide the site free of charge and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We don't guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you use the site as a business, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data.

If you use the site as a consumer, we only provide it for personal use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, business or opportunity.

9. Your information

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie policy explains what we store in your browser.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check this page when you use the site.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
